Smalley弹簧的介绍

对顶波簧以串联方式预堆叠，根据层数按比例降低弹性比率。 对顶波簧一般用于需要低-中等弹性比率或通过低-中等力度进行大范围偏转的应用。

其主要的优势是，这样的设计免去了需要保持一致的波顶。 无须使用键定位装置或者在单个弹簧之间插入垫片。 因为弹簧一体地形成，波峰保持它们的配置。

作为螺旋压缩弹簧的替代物，对顶波簧可以产生类似的力度，但只占据一半 (1/2) 或更少的轴向空间。 这适合严格的空间约束。 对顶波簧将保持与传统圆线弹簧相同的力和负荷规格，但优点是降低和压缩工作高度、自由高度和压并高度。
