锥形截面挡圈

锥形截面挡圈从中心到自由端对称减小，在正常使用范围内收缩或扩张时仍保持圆形。这保证了环的整个外周与槽的接触。这些圆环可以沿轴向（沿轴的中心点水平）或径向（沿圆的半径从外部）安装。根据环的大小，可以用两种方法之一来制造。

对于较小的圆环：使用模具，在压力机上用钢或铜卷冲压而成。

对于较大的圆环：线材成型，将长方形线材卷成圆环的形状。

自锁式

自锁卡环可以安装在轴承座/孔内或没有加工槽的轴上。没有凸耳孔的自锁环是不可能拆卸的，否则会破坏环或使其变形，超出规定的公差范围。
